This is the last newsletter I ever thought I would be writing. However I look upon all of you as my family and friends and so I thought it best to actually put it all down in order to stop speculation and rumors circulating. This story starts where the last Newsletter finished. In Sweden I came to a painful halt - for the first time in my life I had to walk away from my classes halfway through the day. (It had to be the ulcers caused by the painkillers I had taken over the past few months for the sciatica or my gall stones). Eventually arriving in Czech - I began to come right - changed my diet and after a week of no food at all I was slowly starting to feel better - then food poisoning! I went to see a local Doctor - he did the usual blood tests X- Ray etc, and booked me in the following Monday to the Gastric Clinic, there I had Ultra Sound followed by a Gastriscope not liking what he saw he immediately booked me in for a CT scan - guess what NO GALL STONES - I returned to the car while Ivana waited for the results - it was a devastated lassie who came to the car giving me the bad news. The next day I was scheduled for a full colonoscopy under a general. The Professor in charge of surgery at the hospital was there in person - when I came out of it - I thought at least I would be going home - where I could moan about everything - no way - I was immediately put in a room - Ivana slept on a chair at the bottom of the bed and in the morning I went under the knife - They had found a 10cm tumor on the descending colon - so the Prof went in - hacked out the evil swine and its surrounding host - and then put it all back together again. The operation on Wednesday 28th- was, I am very please to say, 100% successful - yesterday morning 12 days later at 85Kg I walked almost 1k! Today I made it 3k.

Unfortunately I am not out of the woods yet! Secondaries were found on the liver, so on Thursday this week I meet up with another professor to discuss the next steps - so all fingers are crossed. Of course I have had to cancel all of my personal work and classes - so I want to apologies to all of you who due to this I have been compelled to let down. I have in fact submitted to Ivana's demand and am taking a total and complete hiatus from the business and for the first time in years concentrating totally on myself and regaining my health. Perhaps some research, in my mind - but mainly being positive and focusing all my energies on beating this swine - to that end I have almost become a vegetarian - now that took a lot of self hypnosis. I have had some wonderful support not only from my brilliant surgical team over here - but from my direct family and my ET Family from all over the world - not to mention all my old wrestling buddies and former police friends - Vikki Watson my hypnotherapy guru in Scotland has sent me hypnotherapy scripts and so I am making my own meditation tapes to help me through the upcoming battle

I must of course mention Ivana who has turned me into a walking health store. She has been fantastic - beyond belief - taking the stress of ETF off my shoulders - cooking wonderful meals - making certain I rest and researching so that I receive the best attention possible. So for those of you who are trying to make contact with me and are not receiving any replies - Ivana will be handling it all - and we will have to work around what is going to happen with treatment etc. Last weekend we were joined by Jo Fernandes who flew over to take my advanced VHT clinic here for me in Czech. The following day she gave me a session in the garden and is working closely with Ivana on the dietary protocol which I am going to have to follow until I get the all clear. All it needs is one more hovering over the cooking pot and it will feel like the opening scene for Macbeth! Wait - just had a DVD from Cate Stolztfus in PA - so now they are a coven of three - the set is complete - but sincerely thank you Cate. Very interesting contents.

CANCELLING APPEARANCES

As you can all understand I have cancelled all my appearances, clinics, etc as well as unfortunately my appearance at Equitana. Though the Australian and New Zealand team will perhaps manage to go on and make a success of it without without me. Ivana will still be attending to her commitments unless something drastic happens but our coordinators will keep in touch with all of you who are booked in for her lectures and dissection classes in UK and USA. I had hoped to come up with some new projects - The International Equine Touch Magazine - for instance - but nope the boss has sat firmly on me and is demanding that I live a stress free life at the present time. In saying that - if you see this skinny guy hovering in the background at Ivana's clinics - make sure you come up and say 'Hi'.
